Requirements

Qualified candidates are expected to have met/achieved the following criteria:

- For Senior Researchers: At least 5 published articles in internationally-indexed journals per SCI/SCIE or SSCI in the last 5 years, including at least 3 articles in SCI or from Q3 or higher in SCIE, SSCI (Q2 for Mathematics).
- For Junior Researchers: At least 2 published articles in internationally-indexed journals per SCI/SCIE or SSCI in the last 5 years, including at least 1 article in SCI or from Q3 or higher in SCIE, SSCI (Q2 for Mathematics.

Benefits

- Will be entitled to the similar benefit packages offered to a Lecturer position, including but not limited to leaves, insurance, healthcare, training and other benefits, bonuses and allowances. Additionally, junior and senior/tenured researchers will be provided seed funding from 50 - 100 million/person (the specific amount will be determined by the Admissions Committee through evaluating each candidate’s application).
- Expected income is approximately 30-35 million (monthly average), including but not limited to: state-regulated compensation, UEH’s income, benefits, allowance, Tet incentives, monthly advances for the registration of internationally published articles.
