- Salary and Additional Income: Salary and performance-based income are determined based on individual capability, workload, and performance evaluation results.
- Allowances & Annual Benefits (~VND 16 million/year): Including lunch, work tools, transportation, and uniforms.
- Holiday & Tet Benefits: VND 21 million/year (subject to adjustment based on actual conditions).
- Probationary Lecturer Allowance: VND 9.6 million/year.

2. Academic (Part-time)
Position Reference Income Visiting Professor 1500-2000 USD/month, support for housing, visa, airfare, etc. Adjunct Professor 1000-1500 USD/month, support for housing, visa, airfare, etc. Research Fellow (RF) Flexible income based on actual outputs from training, research, international publications, etc. Visiting Lecturer Flexible income based on actual outputs from training, research, international publications, etc. Senior Industry Fellow, Specialist Industry Fellow, and Industry Fellow from enterprises (50+ Glocal classroom series) Flexible income based on actual outputs from training. Example remuneration per session:
1. Senior Industry Fellow:
- Bachelor's program: 3,000,000 VND/session
- Master's program: 3,750,000 VND/session
- Doctoral program: 4,000,000 VND/session
2. Specialist Industry Fellow
- Bachelor's program: 2,400,000 VND/session
- Master's program: 3,000,000 VND/session
- Doctoral program: 3,750,000 VND/session
3. Industry Fellow
- Bachelor's program: 2,000,000 VND/session
- Master's program: 2,500,000 VND/session

- Retention Policy: Professors and Associate Professors receive an additional income of VND 20 million per month

- Income up to USD 1,500/month (for international scholars)
- Engage in teaching, applied research, and industry collaboration
- Flexible arrangements: part-time or intensive collaboration
Research Fellow
- Focus on high-quality international publications (Scopus/WoS)
- Participate in the UEH research ecosystem
- Flexible timeline, income based on research performance
Global Talent Strategy
