COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE
Annual leaves
- Be entitled to annual leave and days off according to the current regulations prescribed by Vietnam labor law.
Insurance
- Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance paid by UEH in accordance with the Labor law;
- Annual health insurance package covered by UEH. In addition, if requested, employees can register for health insurance package for their relatives (self-pay).
Health care
- Periodic checkup once a year at prestigious medical facilities in the country. Female employees will have the checkup twice a year.
Training/Promotion
- UEH supports personnel training and promotion to improve the qualifications, competencies, and professional skills suitable to the requirements of the job position. Lecturers will have the exemption / reduction of standard teaching time and scientific research time if they are sent for training abroad. Lecturers who complete the doctoral program on time or before the deadline will be rewarded, along with other supports for officers when they successfully complete the training program.
Salary, allowances
- To be entitled to a regular salary increase or an increase in the salary scale ahead of time in accordance with the current law if the employee achieve an outstanding performance;
- Additional income based on criteria such as workload, seniority, professional qualifications, performance assessment results to ensure reasonable and fair correlation;
- Allowances according to the regulations such as preferential allowances, seniority allowances, responsibility allowances, training regulations; allowances for lunch, working tools, travel, uniforms with the total payment of 16,000,000 VND / year. New recruited lecturers will be receiving trainee allowance is 9,600,000 VND / year according to the probationary regulations.
Rewards and Benefits
- Up to 14 benefit packages on holidays, Tet equivalent to 21,000,000 VND / year (according to UEH's current internal financial regulations), this benefit rate is adjusted annually in accordance with actual activities of the University;
- UEH applies a transparent and public bonus policy based on the annual performance evaluation results for each employee according to the current regulations. At the same time, there is a separate rewards and benefits policy at UEH;
- UEH has a remuneration policy to attract highly qualified personnel, prestigious domestic and foreign researchers as well as support policies and regulations to encourage scientific research and international publication.

Accepted candidates with doctoral degrees from prestigious universities who are willing to commit with a long-term working contract with UEH (at least 12 years from the time of being recognized as completing the apprenticeship) will be funded initially with the starting level of 100 million VND. |
